What would you ask your sponsor?  What would you like to know about how it really works in AA?  Some of the members of this site, I have used as sponsor, they have helped me immensely and perhaps they can help you also.  Like the Southside Club where I go sober, the answers here will always be kind and caring, but they may not always be gentle or "G" rated.

On page 78 is a "solution for Deaf".  "Immerse yourself in you group" is one of the things it says to do.  When I wrote that, I thought it might be a good idea to do it myself.  The As Bill Sees It Group meets on Siesta Key Beach 8:00 AM Sundays.  The group has embraced me and is supporting me in a wonderful way.  The group has committed to provide an interpreter for two meetings a month.  (The "solution for committees", page 80, suggest one meeting per month.)  They are demonstrating the solution and it is working.
