If you have read the book or attended the Evolve Seminar, please tell us:  What were the benefits?  In what ways did you grow and evolve?  What new avenues are you going down now.  How has it improved your life?  If you have read the book, then you know that the "Judge" in your ego is not to be trusted.  Thank you in advance for your comments that it is wonderful, but that isn't what I'd like to know.  Do the ideas expressed make you a better sponsor?  Do they give you some insight that your sponsor hasn't?  Are you more likely to stay sober?
